Australian Local Government Association
The WA Local Government Association was launched on 6 December 2001, as
the new voice of Local Government in Western Australia. The new Association
is a united, dynamic, single organisation and replaces the WA Municipal
Association, the Country Shire Council's Association, the Country Urban
Council's Association and the Local Government Association (metropolitan
councils).
